Golf Cart Rental Liability Waiver & Agreement

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: Renter must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
2. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that operating a golf cart carries risks of injury or property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the cart.
3. Responsibility for Damages: I accept full responsibility for any damage to the golf cart, property, or injuries caused while in possession of the cart. I further agree to reimburse Valley Ridge Golf Course for any repair or replacement costs.
4. Prohibited Use: Carts may not be used off designated paths or golf course property, operated under the influence of drugs/alcohol, or driven recklessly.
5. Passengers: Only the number of passengers the cart is designed to carry may ride. All passengers must remain seated while the cart is moving.
6. Hold Harmless Agreement: I agree to release and hold harmless Valley Ridge Golf Course, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or demands arising from my use of the cart. 7. Return Condition: The cart must be returned in the same condition as received.
